Just a question on a 1986 O Day 28.
When I am sailing or motoring and get over 4 knots the stern wake of my boat has the Exhaust Port of the engine submerged under 4 inches of water. Have other owners experienced this situation? I had shifted weight of the crew on board forward and it did not make a difference. Is this caused by the hull design of the boat? Does this pause any problem with back pressure on the exhaust port while it's submerged? Any speed below 4 knots leaves the exhaust port exposed. Any thoughts???
