Pearson 37 sails

We're VERY seriously considering purchasing a 1989 Pearson 37. It isn't being sold with sails but we have other options. I'm having difficulties finding the specs for this boat. It looks like the IJPE is 47.3, 14.4, 41, 15.6
BUT... I'm not sure if this is for the later model ('87-'90) or the one that came out in the early 80s. Can any one out there help with direction toward an online manual or other info?
