Gflex for sure on hypalon. Better than the special glues. I'd also say Gflex for PVC, but @dmax implies not to.

Is there a reason not to use it on PVC? I have repaired a PVC inflatable SUP and inflatable wingfoil board successfully with it. Both of them blew out seams that were reglued with Gflex.

@dmax I'm also interested in the answer to why not use Gflex on PVC. I've used Gflex on PVC with good success. I rebuild the stern of an ocean kayak that had suffered a lot of damage in a storm, tore out the stern rudder and ripped a large hole in the stern. That was a structural repair and as far as I know, it's still working fine after a number of years.

Maybe the suggestion was that the 2 part polyurethane is all that's needed and the Gflex is over kill? Not sure.

Sorry - I haven't used G-Flex on PVC but I'm sure it would work, it's amazing stuff.

Over the decades, I think I've tried every possible way to fix, or mount things like lifting points on inflatables, and never found anything better than Epoxy 330. However, it really is all about preparation. Super clean (not even fingerprints), sanded through any shininess on the repair/installation area and the patch, I've even used lighter fluid to insure cleanliness.
Tiny to small holes can be fixed with the smallest patch that will cover the hole, whereas larger ones will require more area around the damage.
I've even repaired transom problems with the 330, and for a "field repair" it worked very well.
