Mast Stays chainplate?

So, this happened! I'm calling it a chainplate, but maybe there's a better term for this square u-bolt for the stays of the mast on my Oday 22. Many challenges with this. I've been working on this boat for over a year and I finally got to where I'm ready to raise the mast. I'm not sure if all of the cables I have actually match the boat.

ANYWAY. my real question is should I fill these holes and insert a new "chain plate"? I can't find an exact size match. If you look closely you can see the two holes in the shadow of my strap.

You might consider drilling out oversize holes, filling with epoxy and redrilling new holes (there is lots about that if you search these forums). for new chainplates.
These might be what you need:

You can also check the D&R site, or call them, about standing rigging.

West Systems did a great video on how to install hardware while protecting the core material of your boat’s deck using epoxy.
