Lubricating sail slugs and mast tracks

That sounds very easy if you pull your mast at the end of the season. My mast has been down twice in the 25-years I have owned Papillon and given that I am 65 and 250 I need a better reason that cleaning my sail track to go up the mast. ;)
I hope your rigging is less than 25 years old

I did say that I have had the mast down twice in 25 years. Once was when we trucked Papillon from Lake Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. The other time was when we pulled the rig in 2016 to completely replace all of the standing rigging including the pins, turnbuckles, tangs and chainplates.
I like sailing in "sporty" conditions, so a strong rig is important.
