The boat is specially a Catalina 25 swing keel which will either sit on bunk boards or pads with the swing keel lowered onto a keel tray (trailer) or ground if supported by stands
The boat is on Lake Norman at a marina that appears to have been sold of course located on the north end of the lake. The poster has advised work to be done by All Seasons marina. To go by water, the mast has to be lowered to clear a bridge. My understanding there will be work performed at All Seasons. Yard manager is a long time friend who is the yard manager but his company previous to that was specifically working as a sailboat repair man whom Beneteau, Catalina, Hunter and others knew well and used his services. His name is Tim McRorie. The poster indicated work to be done and to find a slip for the boat. Not sure if Lake James is going to be considered now but may move it to another lake. The best advice for him is to talk with an expert who is in a better position to help is Tim McRorie as Tim runs the only sailboat yard on Lake Norman that has a travel lift too
