Tom, it is Little Diamond Is in Portland harbor. The bldg is the old casino now Casco Bay Lines terminal .Then that house was built severely out of plumb.Great shot! That's not on Southport Island from the passage off Boothbay?

A quiet anchorage in the Moore Islands, Hecate Strait
Just posted my 140 days until summer on Facebook... ( that's when I launch).. Great Mid-coast sailing ground.. From Casco Bay, the sailing is ALL downeast.....
Ferry, Eagle Island (Admiral Peary's home), fog, Portland Harbor, Jewell Island, Cliff Island sunset & daytime. The islands in Casco Bay as a whole are called the "Calendar Islands" because there's supposed to be one for each day of the year. L.L.Bean's Freeport is also on the bay, along with Bailey Island, of Bert & I renown.

The anchor settled in for the night, that's when I appreciate that my boat is not a house.
There's no catching the news on Youtube or the radio, no Netflicks.
There's extra time to do nothing but listen, watch and think (and perhaps reach for the camera).
If you're lucky, there's no noise. Just a skiff sailing in the distance. The wind is light so they're flying a topsail.
