im trying to locate the pin that holds the keel on a 1969 mcgrager 21 ft i need to re due the keel any help would be great thanks

The swing keel bolt is most likely on the side of the keel trunk. If you don't see the bolt head then someone glassed over it. Pics would help me give a better answer but.... if you see a bulge on the side of your keel trunk then someone glassed it over. You will need to grind that off to get to the bolt head. Then it is simply a matter of unscrewing the nut. The pin is nothing special. Any fasterner shop (McMaster Carr) can supply you with a high quality stainless bolt of the right diameter and length.
