There's three sails on that sprit. I can see the wheels turning from half way around the pond.

This one looks like a Scamp.
Designed in Gig Harbor by a NZ designer John Welsford.
They were modified (improved) and built by members of the Northwest Maritime Center. https://nwmaritime.org/ in Port Townsend.
Neat plywood boat. Very sturdy. Water ballast. Able to sail in the PacificNW waters.

Well you know, I still have the original jib. A little sowing, some rigging and voila!

50/50 varnish and yellow paint, called lemonaid. the old wood scows had such a finish. sweet!
