thanks to replying to a question here I got offered a Ranger 12 at a good price. It’s complete (minus battons) with trailer and cover. I’ll have to do lost title for the trailer.

Think I’ll take it on our next cruise south in place of the Rib. Now some love with sandpaper and epifins.

My dear wife reminded me of the Viking ( I’m 1/2 Norwegian) tradition of sending the dead off in lapstrake boats set ablaze — and I didn’t really need to be in that state to find myself to be in a burning boat. I better be extra nice when she come home from Huston tonight.
