Best product and procedure to get green mold from the running rigging?

Thanks in advance

It would be very unusual for mold to be growing in direct sunlight on a mostly dry metal surface. Are you sure it’s not corrosion?

do you have a way to avoid the complete spaghetti after the wash cycle?
Soak it in a tub or the washer overnight. I coil it, either tie it in a knot or put one tiewrap on it, put it in a mesh laundry bag and wash it with a load of towels or something bulky.

A bucket and warm soapy water. The green is algea not mold. Do not use a chlorine based bleach, like Clorox.

Sodium hypochlorite (bleach) based stuff will get the green out but it reduces the strength of the line significantly.. better to use soap/detergent and water.. There was an article in Practical Sailor a couple of years back that tested strength of lines/ropes after cleaning in various solutions..

I would like to clean them on the boat and take it all down.

I use Jay the Dirt Farmer’s cord chain style to wrap up loose line. Then put it in the mesh bag and give it a wash. Tumble wash or soak in a tub. Soap and water.
After wash hang it up to air dry.
Line stays in the chain. When released it is not twisted. Runs out straight. And not spaghetti.
