I think it will get here, eventually maybe ship to the marina as suggested. For the price I believe it is worthwhile letting them work it out. Dont know if Budget Marine will ship here, I think they are in St Thomas I could sail there to buy it - ( my wife would love this one) - have it mounted and get back to Fajardo in one tack!.

Buy the ends, then get some pipe locally and put it together.
