So I thought it would be fun to post pics of the mangled messes that we have found in our new-2-us boats.
Here are a few of my discoveries....
This first one is a "stern" light on a Macgregor V21. Well actually it is a cheap licence plate light housing from AutoZone... but hey it looks good... right?
The next three shots are the progeny of a homemade electric panel and the resulting mess. This was on a 1973 MacGregor V22 that I got for $900. I had to gut it.
The next three shots are from a Balboa 26 that I restored. The boat was sold as "ready to sail". First shot is a photo of the furling system and the next is the keel when I found it. I also added a shot of the keel after I fixed it up.
