Yanmar ignition switch part

I have a Yanmar ignition panel with ignition switch 127412-91250. The ignition switch got kicked while underway, and the plastic fitting that is inside the box, between the main switch body and the panel, was broken. This fitting slides over the threaded barrel that comes through the panel, and has a small square-cut tab on it that fits into a small square cut slot in the panel. Once in place, the rain-cover slides over the outside threads, with the outside plastic nut then going on to hold the whole thing in place.
If anybody has that part, or even a defunct ignition switch that still has that part with it, please let me know if you would sell it. By the way, there is no part number for the inside or outside plastic fittings, only a part number for the whole ignition switch.
My other reason for posting here is that I'm having no luck with the two online places who have the ignition switch for sale, nor am I having luck with a "local" Yanmar dealer.

Many thanks.

Don't know exactly what you are looking for but the Key Switch Cover is listed as 127412-91820.

What I need is the black plastic ferrule/fitting that fits between the body of the ignition switch and the panel, on the inside of the panel. The black plastic external nut and the switch cover are fine.

OK, I think I get it now; from your description it seems that part is really not part of the switch but more a fitting for the panel to hold the switch. The fact that the piece fits the square hole in the panel tends to indicate it might just be an adapter to accept the switch. I checked the Yanmar's parts catalogue and could not find a listing for that piece in the panel section either. If it were me, I would find a nut to fit the barrel on the inside and just sandwich the square opening of the panel with appropriately sized washers and tightened by the front nut. As esthetics go, the back of the panel is out of sight and depending on what washer I may be able to find for the front it may pass for a factory install. Before you purchase a new switch make sure that the part comes with it as it may not.

Many thanks. I more or less tried that, and the switch wants to sit cattywompus, but I'll keep working with it.

Thanks, but I need to have the exact configuration of 5 lugs, otherwise I wouldn't have a clue about how all the electronics would work, between tach, fuel gauge, indicator lights, etc. There's supposedly a suitable replacement Yanmar switch, but it only has 3 lugs.

Are the washers not sitting flush? Don't know what your panel looks like but a Dremmel tool can work wonders in removing or sanding down unwanted edges of plastic.

About a quarter of the inside washer is still stuck (seems that there is adhesive caulk holding it) to the inside of the panel. For whatever reason, I'm not able to get the rest of that washer to sit correctly with the broken piece, so, the outside nut will not hold the switch in a proper position. A local Richmond dealer is going to go ahead and order the whole switch for me, and return it if the inside and outside washer & nut don't come with it; what's another $100 when you're talking boats? Will still try to get the broken piece off the inside of the panel, and see if I can make a spare washer via superglue.
