Oday 34 New Orleans
I recently bought an 82 O'Day 34 and it has what I believe is a Gennaker; feeds into the head stay track, is of spinnaker material and flys like a Genoa but must be at least a 180. Does anyone else have one of these?

Well, if it has a captive luff, it isn't a gennaker.... have you tried setting it without feeding it into the foil?

Well, not my present boat......
But my previous boat had a nice blue and white spinnaker, and well...... it came with the boat when I bought her (used) in 1988. Boat was a 1969 O'DAY Widgeon, the spinnaker appears to be the original factory setup from O'DAY, but most of the rigging was gone by the time I got her. I rigged her mostly from scratch and was delighted to find out (many years after selling her in 1996) that my setup was within inches of the O'DAY factory specs!
