I made slip covers for my c22. I bought fabric that I liked at a place called Joanns.. i used elastic around the edge to keep them on... -
I like the idea of being able to remove them and wash them, especially with dogs. And thankfully I have friends with sewing machines...

The cost to have new cushions made would likely be 50% of the value of the boat. DIY is likely the way to go for this project

Limited access undoubtedly makes this task more difficult. Try to disconnect the water lines, then use a pipe wrench above counter top... -
An option to consider is to take the cushions to an automobile upholstery shop to have them duplicated with whatever fabric you desire...
