Zinc Anode

Does anyone know where to buy the anode that fits on the aft end of the prop? I checked out some of the forum history and it mentioned For Marin, for which I found a website (Albin Motor). Unfortunately, I can't tell if the zincs under the MD6-7 section are the right one's. Also, I'm not sure how much they cost.

Any other ideas for where to find one?

Search for "7750" at http://vegamarin.jetshop.se/ - this is for the Combi prop.
They also have other Vega stuff. Located in Sweden, but shipping international.

Thanks for the site. It looks like they are $23 (American) each plus shipping. I am in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. I can check on shipping when I get back into town next week. Otherwise, let me know where you're at and we'll see if it might pay to work something out.

I've just received the quote for shipping but I've asked it for anode+impeller+stern bearing+thermostat and the shipping cost is 41 USD, so I think this is very interesting because for instance their price on the impeller is already 15 CAD cheaper then the local dealer here. I'm waiting the quote for the thermostat now...

Hi!

If you look at www.albinmotor.com and mark E-shop, you will find the zink for the vega (the combi propeller). You can either buy a complet kit for 197 skr (about $25) or just the zink for 144 skr ($18). To buy I think you have to make an account and get a password. You can have the text in swedish or english by pushing the little flags.
