Boat undoubtedly came from the factory with no zincs. If one has been added by a PO, it would probably be on the keel. But honestly, you don't need one on that boat.
Most outboards have zinc anodes on them. You don't really have to worry about it though, as long as you don't leave the engine in the water. If it will stay in the water when you aren't sailing you definitely need one. Even my Suzuki 4hp has one. Many times they are located above the prop on the underside of the horizontal fin.
