Has anyone sourced the cable hub or made a modification to hold the throttle cable on a YS pedestal? A photo shows the cable holder marked as 1. The part is missing and binds on the wheel brake when the brake is installed.

YS has been out of business for some time and parts are tough if not impossible to find. I would suggest fitting the throttle cable jacket with a clamp that slows the movement of the inner throttle cable. This link should explain what I mean:
