Those are great.

However the bunghole one actually makes sense. A bunghole is the hole cut in a barrel liquor so that you can pour out the liquid. So it is sort of like saying "on tap" liquors. I know bunghole has taken on an unfortunate slang... sort of like that poor fellow I know named Richard Head.

my first exposure to the term, and probably much of America, was growing up hearing it used on the show beavis and butthead (no, didn't watch it, but sometimes friends would put it on when I was at their house.) so no matter what it is supposed to mean, the "other" connotation will always come to mind first.

When I was at NOS Indian Head, MD in '82-'83 the road sign at the junction of La Plata and Indian Head highways said "US Navel School Explosive Ordnance Disposal". One of the classes, I won't admit to who, stole the sign and hung it in the EOD watering hole.
