I was at the Agua Hedionda Lagoon in Carlsbad, Ca., on Saturday and saw this lady doing Yoga on a paddle board. She never toppled over once. But the paddle board was wobbling.

My daughter teaches a yoga class on paddleboard. Water is cold in Montana ... incentive for balance.
Yoga and surfing is also a great combination. She has long off-seasons so teacher training (prana vinyasa and massage arts) in Santorini and Delphi is on her calendar this June.
