Yellow Brick users...

I am doing the Baha Ha Ha at the end of this year and will probably be doing Hawaii this next year. I am looking for a way of communicating via email without SSB. The Yellow Brick seems reasonable and one can send emails during the time it transmits my location. The other nice feature is that it does give those who follow your progress a simple chart of where you are at each day.

My question is, if you have used this device, have you found it completely reliable and does the email really work? I do appreciate your input. I will probably have SSB next year sometime but I don't want to commit to that right now.
