Yanmar Torque

I am at my boat but forgot my Yanmar 3YM30 Manual.

Can someone look up what the torque numbers are for:

1. The injector into the engine block,
2. The torque for the bolt that holds the fuel return ring onto the injector,
3. The torque for the bolt that holds the high pressure assembly on to the injector.
