yanmar mounts

Does anyone know where I can buy new yanmar motor mounts for a 2GM20F for a good price? I think 90-100 bucks is a little on the high side. Also, my starboard mounts are about 1 cm lower(more worn) than the port mounts. Is this normal? Can I replace the starboard mounts only or is it advisable to replace all four?

Bite the bullet - buy Yanmar mounts

Last year I tried to save some money with aftermarket mounts for my 3GM30F. It took 8 hours to modify/pad up, and realeign the motor. The result: VIBRATED HORRIBLY!!! By the middle of the summer I ordered and installed the Yanmar mounts ( Yes $400 ) but it was worth it.In their review Practical Sailor rated the Yanmar as the worst vibrating marine diesel engine.

Mounts

I can't say whether the yanmar mounts are worth it or not, but I can tell you not to replace just the starboard mounts. The mounts really come in forward or rear pairs i.e. if you change the forward starboard one you better change the forward port mount also. I recall that in some previous discussions (see archives) some people loved the vetus mounts...but haven't tried them myself.
