My Mixing Elbo was so clogged my engine would not start and when I took the elbo off completely it did start right up in less than 1 second.
I did not let it run too long and maybe if you take yours off and it will be loud smokey and maybe a mess but I just had my mixing elbo blow off when motoring because the the double tread that join the 2 parts together was so badly rusted.
Any way maybe take it off and start it and try giving it power and see what happens and only do it fast and see if it will run with out choking and did not sink my boat.
If you do this have your shop vac ready.
