Yanmar 4jhe fuel injector issue

I removed my 4 injectors and sent them for rebuilding and when they came back the supplied me with 4 teflon washers and 4 caps to slide over the nozzle, i know i got all 4 heat shields out of the chamber with the fuel injectors but i see something that looks like silver washers just before the tiny pipe im to slide the nozzle over. see attached photos, thank you for your help please

photo just uploaded, it looks like there is a washer stuck in the injector hole that didnt come out when i pulled the injectors thus prohibiting the installation, what should i do to remove them, or is this a seat for the injector that was made into the cylinder head?
