Yanmar 3GM30F

The owners manual does not reference a zinc. Is there one on a 3GM30F
if so where is it located.

F-Fresh Water Cooled

There is none because it is fresh water cooled and no Zinc need that's what the F means.
I have had two Yanmars fresh water cooled and never needed to change any Zinc's.

I agree. No zincs. I had a 2gm20f and there were no zincs on that one. I think the metals used in the engine are better matched so virtually no galvanic corrosion results.

Yep, I have a 3gm30, freshwater cooled tru a heat exchanger, no zink.............
