We have a leak in the seawater pump plumbing (I hope) Water sprays in forward engine compartment - salty and clear. Where can I find a sketch of the fresh water model Yanmar with seawater cooled heat exchanger?

One of the first (and more likely) things to check would be the anti-siphon valve found on the starboard side of the engine. If that's the culprit, remove the duck bill valve, wash and you're back in business with a little less spray.

Nice

Great job showing sketch and lay out of engine, run the engine and with nice flash light look and see what's leaking and hope for your sake it's not the pump
and maybe one of the hoses but just look and see what's the problem.

Good words from Nick.. find the leak. Could be a bad hose or hose connection, the anti-siphon valve or other hoses on the sea water side.. if the pump needs to be rebuilt,
No fear.. the pump is cheap and easy to rebuild if that is what is called for..
2 each 6202 2RS ball bearings.. about $6 (auto parts or internet)
1 each lip seal TC 13 28 7 about $10 (number means 13mm bore, 28 mm OD, and 7 mm thick..
1 gasket.. can be made from paper at no cost, or from Yanmar, about $4. (124223-42110)
1 impeller 124223-42092 about $45 ! (that is a nutty price for a$4 part!)
it can be found at other than Yanmar since it is 50.8mm diameter by 22.1mm wide and has a key drive..

Thank you all,
Problem was split in seawater pump hose. Cut 1" off hose and re-clamped. Stopped leak and engine is happy.

Thank you so much for diagram of Cooling System. I recognized our system exactly.
Another leak found from cracked "U-type mixing elbow".
Should I replace whole assembly?
Tried epoxy putty patch - slowed leak.
