Yahoo! new sails working great!

I ordered some new sails from SBO. They are Doyle dacron loose footed main with 2 full battens, and a 115 jib. They seem to fit perfectly. I went out today to check them out and I'm really happy. Sail shape is almost automatic. I tried a reef, it worked great. I played with the loose foot and all points of sail. The jib cars are now right in the middle of the track. I had no idea how bad my old sails were. Good Job SBO.

Too bad I couldn't go out yesterday when the temp was 78f. Today it was 56f.

The boat is a 1989 Hunter 30G. I think the old sails were original (I doubt the boat had been sailed much).

I also took the pics before I fixed the reefing line. I had installed it with the sail down.
