XM weather in Bahamas?

I'm wondering if any one has first hand knowledge if XM weather will work through the Bahamas? A search here and calling XM didn't turn up anything useful. And an early "Happy Holidays!" to everyone. Thanks.

Was on a boat with Sirius weather in the Bahamas last year. Worked like a charm. But the subscription costs a bit.
