WP10 Simrad autopilot parts

A quick Google search on "simrad wp10 belt" revealed several potential sources.

Unfortunately it is not a belt he is looking for.
The V-grove is a proprietary part that Simrad hasn't made in a long time. I've been looking for one for several years.
@dandelang : If you find on please post the source. Someone out there must have an old Simrad wheel pilot collecting dust that you might be able to find. There is one on EBAY listed for parts for $250.
It is a 30 but the V-Grove is the same on the 10 as the 30. But $250 is pretty expensive and I assume there is no guarantee that the V-Grove in that one will come out undamaged.
I don't know why this link says "pardon our interruption" but it seems to take you to the EBAY page with the old used wheel pilot
I assume you might have tried to "rebuild" yours as I suggested back in July but have not because yours may be too far gone.
Another alternative I have thought of is it might be possible to have one 3d printed but I haven't pursued that avenue.

dandelang has his out so he can hopefully give you good measurements. Mine is on the wheel and it is a bit of a pain to get to .
I would estimate it to be about 40" long, maybe 3/4" to 1" wide and 1/2" high or so with a "groove" on the inside of the circle and small lip on one edge. It is item 2 in the drawing dandelang included in the original post. I imagine it would be made in one strip from some appropriately flexible but durable material and and then bent around the inside of the ring while it was being glued in.

Circumference. Sorry for not being clear. I assume one would print a length of it (40'inches or so) and then bend it. That's why I said length. But I really don't know how this works.
I was at the boat today and the OD of the wheel is about 14" The grove ring fits on the inside so say 13" ID, about 41" circumference. I was thinking it would be printed a bit longer and then could be fitted and cut to required length at installation. But I know I'm getting ahead of things. The harder measurements would be the width and height, the lip and then the depth of the grove. I'm an accountant by training and not much of an engineer. Sorry

Gluing it back together is likely to create a weak point. My printer has a max printing areas of 10x10x10". I doubt it'd cost much to send it off to be printed on a larger machine. PM me if you'd like me to draft this up for you
Thanks for your time and offer. I have "rebuilt" my V-Grove with glue and it has been working for a few years since. I inspected it a couple of months ago and it still looks "okay". While it is still working I don't want to remove it from the ring to accurately measure as it would likely then be ruined. But, if and when it fails I will be happy to take you up on your kind offer to draft some plans.
