If you don't like the company rules

you may always start your own company and make rules that you do like. I have no sympathy for workers that complain about what the boss demands. Just gulp it down and get back to work or not. It is your choice.

I guess its safe to asume that both of you own your own compnies and have several employees that just come and go as they please and more or less do what ever they want to. If you are an employee of someone elses company, then yes, you probably need labor unions to help you hang onto your job. America was not built on whiners. Tony B
