If they give you the boat, AND you have the shop and experience in repairing fiberglass, sure. Otherwise,, as a retired pro, walk away

Agree with Charlie. Get a quote from a boat yard for all the repairs and request the buyer pay repairs or walk away.

Best choice for that boat: Part it out, get a chain saw! cut the hull into manageable pieces and deposit them into the nearest legal dumpster.

Spend your time sailing, not working on the boat. You will always have a noticeable ugly spot there. You can find similar boats in that price range that will need far less work.

That whisker pole is worth more than the boat. Take the boat for free, strip all valuables off it and cut it up. If the keel is lead it is worth some money as scrap metal. Cast iron is less valuable but still has some value. Not worth fixing the hull, boats like that are a dime a dozen. Start a business selling used parts on ebay or elsewhere.
