While scrapping the boat may be a fair bit of work, you may get enough money out of salvaging the keel and selling the metal, and removing what usable parts there are and selling them. As pointed out, this boat is definitely too far gone to be worth trying to save. If it does have as much water inside as you're describing, it is very likely that the bulkheads are rotten....
