it's not RPT for "repeat"? P , in harbor, means "all persons should report on board", at sea it means "my nets have come fast to an obstruction" or as a sound signal,"I require a pilot". T, means "keep clear of me I am engaged in pair trawling". I don't find anything for PT together.

The “PT” flag is an archaic signal, meaning “I want a pilot”, since replaced with code flag “G”. The International Code of Signals Committee recommended (1899) that the flag “S” be used as a signal for a pilot. Code flag “S” is a square White flag with a Blue square in centre. When the Signal Code was revised in 1934, another Order in Council of changed the list to; 1. The International Code Signal “G” (Golf). Code flag “G” is a Yellow and Blue pendant, Yellow at the hoist and Blue at the fly - , which also means "I am hauling nets" (when made by fishing vessels in close proximity on the fishing grounds). 2. The International Code Signal P.T. 3. The Pilot Jack hoisted at the fore.
