wisker pole length???

What's a good max length for the wisker pole. I have a lead on an adjustable one and just want to make sure it is long enough for a 150. Vic Seven

Some PHRF areas limit your Whisker length to your

boats "J" dimension. Not that this is the bext length for you but it is the most common. You can determine your "J" length from a technical brochure on your boat. Craig Boston craig@110.net

J on a 272 appears to be 10.5

Will have to continue my search for a used wisker pole. Thanks Vic Seven
