Wondering if anyone has a suggestion. I am trying to add wiring for additional instruments to my pedestal. I am not sure how I can run it without having the wire run on the outside of the pedestal and drilling a hole in the floor to get the wires there. I do not want to do this. Any thoughts how I can avoid doing this.

Why not go inside the pedestal? I just added an autopilot to my boat and ran all of the wiring inside. I had to drill a couple of inconspicuous holes for the wiring to pop out the side of the pedestal behind the wheel but that was no big deal. Normally there is a wire access hole already drilled through the floor inside the pedestal. If not, you may want to add one large hole rather than many small holes on the outside.
