I've seen archived mentions of wiring diagrams online,but none of them are currently still online. Does anyone have a diagram they coudl send me for an Oday 23 or similar boat?

You may have to make up your own wiring diagram, Bobby. Check out the thread "Foggycape" on this page. I'm sure that the O'Day 23 and the O'Day 222 have about the same wiring scheme which is a single circuit breaker for interior lights, a breaker for both bow and stern together, and a breaker for your mast head light. It's a matter of ringing out the wires.
