Personally I wouldn't waste your time if this is for cooling. I did and it wasn't worth it. They actually consume a lot of elect. for the small about of cooling they provide.

Yep to move some air around for some ventilation might not be bad. Even the one I had at .13 amps is only about 3 amp/hrs a day. The main drawback to the couple that I've tried is that you have to have them right next to your face almost to even feel them.I would agree with Sumner if the fan was for your personal cooling. But I have used them for ventilation in place of "solar vents." Mine only consume .08 amps and flow a lot of air compared to the NICRO solar vents.
