Folks, I have a H336. Wanted to know what is the best way to winterize the water heater in the boat. Suggestions / recommendations greatly appreciated.

Drain it
Disconnect the two hoses that are on the front of the WH and connect them together. This bypasses the heater from the water supply. Open the air vent on the heater and allow the heater to drain into the bilge and you are all set. (Pump the bilge). Then winterize your water supply, as usual. Reconnect in the spring and you are back in business.

There's a petcock at the bottom that allows the water heater to be drained after the rest of the fresh water system has been drained. Use a shop vac to get rid of any water that doesn't drain...then disconnect the hoses from it and bypass it to winterize the rest of the system. Draining and bypassing the water heater will eliminate the need to put any antifreeze in it.
