Winterization question

I have a new-to-me Catalina 22 MKII. I previously owned power boats and know what to do to winterize properly; not so sure about a sailboat. So here is what I plan to do. Am I missing anything?

Take everything off the boat ~ lines, cushions, fenders, bimini, etc.
Remove the 5 gal fresh water "bottle" and drain water line (it is a single faucet, hand pump system).
Remove sails and store at home (folded up OK?). This includes the furled genoa, yes?
Remove boom and store at home.
Drop mast (gonna be fun to learn how to do this ...)
Remove battery and store at home.
I used Kanberra gel on my power boats, will probably put a jar or two in the cabin.
Remove outboard; will check out manual on this, but probably involves oil change, new impeller, new spark plug, and fogging cylinder, yes?
Pressure wash hull.
Remove tiller/rudder and take home (want to re-varnish the tiller over the winter)

Boat will be stored on the trailer over the winter.
Trying to decide on shrink wrap, but will probably do this (we live in Colorado)

Thanks for the help,
carlos

I keep most everything on the boat including the batteries after fully recharging and disconnecting them. The boat is ventilated under a shrink wrap and I don't have a lot of empty storage space. If you live close to the boat, since the mast is down you might want to consider a tarp, iif not shrink wrap should last all winter.
Do fog the outboard spraying fog into the carb till it stalls then drain the float bowl. Keep engine upright so water can drain. I like to change impellers and fuel filters in the spring, oil filter in the fall.
