What are the best methods to clear up the windows on an old dodger? I have heard that you can even get out scratches using the right techniques.

your only choice may be to replace them.... a few scratches and hazy spots can be dealt with, but when the material becomes more opaque rather than translucent, its time for replacement. usually by that time it has lost its suppleness and is prone to cracking.

We just had this done this last spring and the cost was just under $500. We had it done with Lexan.

I did it

I used Meguiars Plastic X and a orange buffing pad on portable drill,
apply the liquid on the clear plastic dodger windows and buff out the dirt and scratches also and just lay the dodger window on the ground on some thing soft
and just like buffing a car with a wax cleaner or compounding with buffer.
I was going to replace my windows until I saw this kit with Lentz and orange buffing pad for portable drill but found Plastic X much better than Lentz polish.
Maybe tru Youtube but not sure maybe lentz polish for plastic do a internet search.
Really works great and my dodger windows are like new again.
