I know I've seen people post the step by step process of building a winter cover for a sailboat with PVC and conduit. Hope someone can help me out. Thanks.

I think you are pretty much on your own here. Each boat is different and requires a different approach. Decide on which way to go - conduit or PVC and buy a more than you think you will need and start building.

Pat, of course each boat is different, but what I did was to go buy PVC 1" piping in 12 foot sections with the appropriate elbows (mostly 45 degree). then you can build a centerline arch and "T" ribs down to the toerail if needed. Then I drape a tarp over this and weigh it down with 1/2 filled empty antifreeze bottles that I used for winterizing. Here are a few shots. Good luck, Steph
