Wow, glad @agprice22 you are alright, I've messed with those heaters in garages before and never had that problem. Sorry to see you selling the Telstar 28, you are a year late for me as the 310 is working out better then expected. I did consider a Corsair 31 on our lake, but after talking with more experienced sailors learned it was a lot of work as it covered the lake area fast and required a lot more crew involvement then I believe my family would enjoy. The 310 isn't fast in our normal sailing conditions on the lake but is nice and comfortable which makes for a happy crew and admiral
