winged keel conversion?

I'm considering converting my swing keel to a winged keel. My swing keel is m.i.a., and I sail in shallow water anyway. Can anyone who has done a conversion share any info. on the process, i.e., timeinvolved, cost, sailing better or not. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated. I've confirmed that this kit is available for my 22.

There is an answer!

Log onto the Catalina 25/250 website, and check the archives or ask for a re-do of the info. One of the guys retrofitted his swing with a wing. He included progressive pictures of the project as well as costs to complete. It's not that hard, but if you are not project inclined...the costs may encourage you to just sell what you have and buy a newer boat with the wing.
