Wing or Fin Keel?

Fellow Boaters,
I'm considering the purchase of a C-350 or C-387 and would like to better understand the pros and cons of a fin v. wing keel. I will be sailing in S.F. Bay. Which would be best? Why?

I purchased my C387, Hull # 33 two years ago, and am in love with my 387.
A lot of difference between a 350 and 387, size, displacement, etc.
Here in FLA Wing is better because of shallow waters, yes, a pain to get off when run aground.

If want more room and boat can handle heavy weather, go 387,
