Windrose sailboats

I'm considering taking a look at a windrose 24 ft, except I know nothing about them anyone have information on these boats?

If memory serves me, Windrose was started by a couple of guys who worked for MacGregor?? If I am correct the hull was a knockoff of the Venture 25. MacGregor sued them. They didn't stay in business long after that. On the other hand I could be wrong. Fair winds and full sails...
