not sure about the construction of them

But if they're the style with aluminum frames with a channel for the glass, dissassemble clean them up and use a good sealer between frame and glass, along with short chunks of plastic to keep the panes positioned correctly.

Most glass companies will have the proper tools to do it if you want to farm it out, or you can purchase the proper sealing channel. I prefer using a sealant as I know it's going to hold for a long while, and since it's not just a pressure seal it seems to hold better.

It'sa almost certain that you'll have to take the frames apart, unless you'd be happy with just squeezing sealer between frame and pane.

I have the same problem,

I am just going to take out the frames and glue in a piece of smoked lexan the way they do on newer boats. Tim

Question

Did you rough up the surface the sealant is in contact with?

3M4200

Last year, when I repainted my V222, I pulled th windows out. Cleaned up the aluminum frames and rebedded them with LOTS of 3M4200. I an pleased to say, No leaks, at min $.

sticky stuff!

4200 is kind of aggressive for this application. You may never get them out again, cleanly, if you have to.

Where is the leak? Is it glass to seal, seal to frame, frame to cabin?

that should have been the first question!

I assumed it was a frame to glass leak, thinking he would have already rebedded a frame to cabin leak.
