I have replaced my windows and had them fabricated at TAPCO for for around 30 dollars. When you bed the new windows be sure to leave enough compound in the joint so it will cure and create a seal. I used BoatLife Polysulfide to bed the windows. You will want to mask the area to minimize clean up
you can use it for a pattern to cut a new one with a router and an edge trimming bit. It makes a lot of messy plastic cuttings so be prepared.I like polycarbonate tinted like the other ports. Check your yellow pages for plastic sheet.Use the Dow 795 for bedding - nothing else. You may have to call a few suppliers to find it but it is worth the effort. I speak from experience on that topic having tried several other "marine" sealants which all failed in some way.
Go plasticsusa.com for over a hundred suppliers, some (maybe) in your area. Patrick, thanks for the heads up on Dow 795, I will use it next time. Take care,Joe
Jerry:The replacment windows from Mark Plastics are complete with frames. They are not cheap, but are actually better quality than the originals. Considering that they have lasted for 15 years, the new ones may out live us!
