Replacement Windows
I have a Cal 2-29 and replaced my scratched main saloon plastic windows with some very nice aluminum framed, tinted tempered glass windows a few years ago. I noticed windows in the Sea Sport power boats had windows which were high quality and a perfect match to my plastic OEM window but in aluminum. They are made by Western Metals Co. Inc., 6804 N.E. 79th Crt., Portland, OR 97218, 503-256-0401, fax 503 256-0682. They were spec'd as Mariner FG-3"R, 3/16" Gray Temp., 1/4" Wall Ring, Satin Anodized. They are custom fabricated and required pulling my old windows, tracing a pattern of the opening and sending that pattern to Western Metals. What I received fit perfectly and have never leaked.
